User register
To buy at CROMPARTS.COM it is necessary to register as a user, this process only takes a few minutes and is free.

How to buy products?

How to add or modify products in the Shopping Cart?
To add more products, search for the desired product and click on the "buy" link in the expanded product sheet. If you want to delete a product, click on the "My cart" link on the top bar and check the delete box corresponding to the product, then click "Update / modify". / modify ", to finish the purchase press" make order ".

Change delivery address?
By default the shipping address will be the one you provided when registering as a customer, if you want the order to be sent to a different address, uncheck the box "Use my personal data" and enter the new address. If you want to change the delivery address after placing the order, you will have to contact us on the customer service phone number and we will make the change as long as the order has not left the warehouse.

Change billing address?
The invoice and the order will be in the name of the natural or legal person indicated when registering, if you want to change this data you can do it through the link "My personal data", this change will not affect the invoices or orders already issued.

How is the order made effective?
The order payment varies depending on the selected payment method. Once you have selected the payment method in the dropdown of the order page, wait for the response from the server and you will be instructed how to make the payment.

Does an order expire?
Yes. If the order has not been paid within a certain period of time, it will expire, since the price and term conditions may vary.



What happens if once an order is paid it is delayed or not available?
CROMPARTS.COM will always do its best to prevent this from happening. However, if the delivery time is finally longer than indicated or a product is not available, you can cancel the order by sending an email to anulacion@cromparts.com indicating the following information:

Order Status
Orders can be found in the following states:

Canceled: The order has been canceled
Confirmed: The customer has placed an order and everything is correct.
In warehouse preparation: Once the order is being prepared in our warehouses to be dispatched to the customer.
In production: The order is being manufactured.
In transit: The merchandise has been sent to the client.
Delivered: The customer has received the order.
Failure to pay the order: The invoice has already been issued and is available to you under "My orders".
Expected delivery date: The day considered the maximum and the order will be sent to the customer.
Amount of the returned payment: -----
Confirmed payment: Springmakers has received payment for the order from the customer
Payment denied: The client's credit card has some anomaly and has not been accepted
Order in progress: -----
Pending payment confirmation: The client needs to confirm the payment by any accepted means
Outstanding: -----
Every time your order changes its status you will receive an email notifying you of the new situation. While the order is "In transport" you can track it through the website of our logistics operator at www.mrw.es

All shipments are dispatched from our warehouses before 2:00 p.m.

Shipping costs

Conditions of the Order
CROMPARTS.COM periodically updates the price and availability of all products. The price and delivery time are shown in the detail sheet for each product.

CROMPARTS.COM reserves the right to modify the prices depending on the cost increase, in any case the orders already issued will maintain the price stipulated to the realization of the same.



VAT and taxes
The products do not contain VAT applied in the price display on the card, therefore 21% must be added to the price of each one

VAT also applies to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

If VAT is to be deducted in these geographical areas, it must be identified with an intra-community VAT number.

Guarantee
The product guarantees are those established here except those in which the product card is set differently. You can see the warranty terms in the tab of each product.

The general guarantee is two years from the day the customer receives the product, except in special cases where the guarantee translates into the life of a dock, of whatever type and how old it is.

Warranty exclusions

Return policy
Our return policy contemplates 2 cases in accordance with current legislation.

Defective, incorrect or damaged product.

You must send an email for each defective product that you are going to return. If you received the damaged packaging it is very important that you indicate it on the delivery note of the carrier at the time of receipt.

Once we receive said email, we will begin to process your incident:

We will notify you of a return number that you must clearly indicate on the packaging along with the address that we will provide you. Later you will have to send the product to Muelles CROM, sa at the address expressed in the directory, we will proceed to change it if necessary and send you the new product. Throughout the entire process, we will keep you promptly informed via email or telephone. In this case, all collection and new delivery costs will be borne by us.

Right of withdrawal
When the client wants to return any product without any incidence. You have a period of 14 working days from receipt by the client, for this you must send an email to info (at) springmakers.net indicating the following information:

Once we have received it, we will proceed to process the return.

We will contact you to communicate the acceptance of the return, and the delivery address, which must be clearly indicated on the packaging.

You must deliver the product to us within 14 days from the date you received it. (Outside this period, the return will not be accepted). It will not be applied to broken or damaged products, without their original packaging, blister products with broken packaging.

The products must arrive in the same state in which they were shipped, that is, they must go with all the components of the same and in perfect condition.

If these conditions are not met, CROMPARTS.COM will not be responsible for the return and the product will be returned to the customer.

CROMPARTS.COM will refund the money once you have received the product and verified that it is in perfect condition and without any penalty to the customer.

Throughout the entire process, we will keep you promptly informed via email. In this case, all transport costs will be borne by the customer, who must send the product to our warehouses with postage paid.

There are certain products that are not entitled to the dismissal for being of special manufacture. These cases are indicated on each product sheet.

Conflict resolution
