To buy at SUITPILATES.COM it can be done in two ways. One is as a user, this process only takes a few minutes and is free. The second is that if the client wishes, they can buy as a guest and their registration data will not be stored.
How to buy products

How to add or modify products in the Shopping Cart
To add more products, search for the desired product and click on the "buy" link in the expanded product sheet. If you want to delete a product, click on the "My cart" link on the top bar and check the delete box corresponding to the product, then click "Update / modify". / modify ", to finish the purchase press" make order ".
How to change the delivery address
By default the shipping address will be the one you provided when registering as a customer, if you want the order to be sent to a different address, uncheck the box "Use my personal data" and enter the new address. If you want to change the delivery address after placing the order, you will have to contact us on the customer service phone number and we will make the change as long as the order has not left the warehouse.
How to change the billing address
The invoice and the order will be in the name of the natural or legal person indicated when registering, if you want to change this data you can do it through the link "My personal data", this change will not affect the invoices or orders already issued.
How the order is made
The order payment varies depending on the selected payment method. Once you have selected the payment method in the dropdown of the order page, wait for the response from the server and you will be instructed how to make the payment.
Expiration of an order
Yes. If the order has not been paid within a certain period of time, it will expire, since the price and term conditions may vary.
Delayed delivery of merchandise
SUITPILATES.COM will always do its best to prevent this from happening. However, if finally the delivery time is longer than indicated or a product is not available, you can cancel the order by sending an email to email@example.com indicating the following information: Subject: Cancellation of order Order code: Name full or business name of the buyer: Telephone and contact person: Once we receive said email, we will proceed to cancel your order and refund the full amount.
Orders can be found in the following states:
Canceled: The order has been canceled. Confirmed: The customer has placed an order and everything is correct.
In warehouse preparation: Once the order is being prepared in our warehouses to be dispatched to the customer.
In production: The order is being manufactured.
In transit: The merchandise has been sent to the client.
Delivered: The customer has received the order.
Failure to pay the order: The invoice has already been issued and is available in "My orders"
Expected delivery date: The day considered the maximum and the order will be sent to the customer.

Confirmed payment: Springmakers has received payment for the order from the customer
Payment denied: The client's credit card has some anomaly and has not been accepted

Delivery times and shipping time
All shipments are dispatched from our warehouses before 2:00 p.m. Normally the client must receive the merchandise within 24 hours. if it is in stock and totally ready for shipment.
Delivery times must be specified on each product sheet.
We send a tracking number to track the shipment.
Shipping costs are indicated in the order and are based on the shipping method selected by the customer.
Conditions of the order
SUITPILATES.COM periodically updates the price and availability of all products. The price and delivery time are shown in the detail sheet for each product. SUITPILATES.COM reserves the right to modify the prices depending on the increase in cost, in any case the orders already issued will maintain the price stipulated when carrying it out.
VAT and taxes
The products do not contain VAT applied in the price display on the card, therefore 21% must be added to the price of each one. VAT applies to everyone except if we are presented with an intra-community VAT number. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are exempt from VAT
