Refund Policy

The product guarantees are those established here except those in which the product card is set differently. You can see the warranty terms in the tab of each product.

The general guarantee is two years from the day the customer receives the product, except in special cases where the guarantee translates into the life of a dock, whatever its type and how old it is. The client must report within a maximum period of 2 months from when he became aware of the NON-compliance.

1 -Warranty exclusions.

2. Return policy

Our return policy contemplates 2 cases in accordance with current legislation.

Defective, incorrect or damaged product.

2.1 When the product does not work correctly at the time of receipt due to a technical problem, when the product delivered does not match the one specified in the order or has been damaged internally or externally during shipment. In this case, you must communicate it within a period of less than 48 hours from the reception of the same, by email sent to mail@cromparts.com indicating the following information:

You must send an email for each defective product that you are going to return. If you received the damaged packaging it is very important that you indicate it on the delivery note of the carrier at the time of receipt.

2.2 Once we receive said email, we will begin to process your incident:

3. Right of withdrawal.

3.5 If the original packaging, products in blister with the broken packaging etc. are not returned, the product will suffer a depreciation of its price paid by the customer.

3.6 The products must arrive in the same state in which they were sent, that is, they must go with all the components of the same and in perfect condition.

3.7 If these conditions are not met, CROMPARTS.COM reserves the right not to take charge of the return and to return the product to the customer.

3.8 CROMPARTS.COM will refund the money once the product has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition and without any penalty to the customer.

3.9 Throughout the entire process, we will keep you promptly informed via email. In this case, all transport costs will be borne by the customer, who must send the product to our warehouses with postage paid.

3.10 There are certain products that do not have the right to withdraw because they are specially manufactured. These cases are indicated on each product sheet.

3.11 Products of the same type can not be returned within 45 days to avoid picaresque and malpractice.
